Minneapolis, here I come

Kicking around the Minneapolis region this Saturday? Why not come to the Target Children's Book Festival? I'll be there reading BEST BUDS and Max and Pinky's October release SUPERHEROES on the main Target Stage at 3:00 and signing books right after.

Here's the press release:

What: Thousands of children and their families will gather at Three Rivers Park District's Hyland Lake Park Reserve for the Target Children's Book Festival presented by the Star Tribune. The book festival, a free event for all, offers area families the perfect opportunity to spend time together engaging in various activities, including live readings, book signings and musical performances.

Who: Families can view special live performances by Jordan Pruitt, Jordan McCoy, Roger Day, Playhouse Disney's "Johnny and the Sprites," Justin Roberts & Not Ready for Naptime Players, Bob the Builder and others. Authors, including Rick Kupchella, Laurie Friedman, and Maxwell Eaton III, will read from the larger-than-life Target "Big Red Chair," which measures almost five-feet-wide and serves as the symbol of Target's national reading program Ready. Sit. Read!

When: Saturday September 8, 2007 Three Rivers Park District's Hyland Park Reserve

Where: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm 10145 Bush Lake Rd, Bloomington, MN 55438
